2. Description of Service

Parivar AI provides AI-based companionship through emotionally intelligent virtual characters. These AI systems are artificial constructs and do not represent real individuals. The service is intended for entertainment and conversational purposes only.

3. Premium Services & Payments

Premium Access: We offer paid features such as extended messaging and enhanced AI interactions.

Payments: All payments are processed via Google Play Billing.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your Google Play account.

Refund Policy: Purchases are generally non-refundable once activated. However, refunds may be granted where required by law or Google Play policies.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

The AI may generate inaccurate or inappropriate responses. It simulates emotional interaction but does not possess real emotions or understanding.

This service is for entertainment only and must not be used for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. It is not intended to replace real human relationships or professional support.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Generating harmful or illegal content
• Harassing or abusing others
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities

Users must also comply with the Content Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect basic account data (such as email and user ID) and interactions to improve the service. We use third-party AI services (e.g., Google Gemini API).

Do not share sensitive personal information like passwords, banking details, or confidential data.

7. Account & Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

10. Content Usage

You retain ownership of your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing and improving the service.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including emotional distress or reliance on AI responses.
